RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your GLITCHGARB pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

            Items worn, washed, or damaged
Items without original tags
Items returned after 14 days
Final sale or clearance items
Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

        

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Contact Us

Email us at support@glitchgarb.com with your order number and reason for return. You can also use our contact form.

Get Approval

We'll review your request and send you a return authorization within 24-48 hours, along with return shipping instructions.

Ship Your Return

Pack your items securely with all original tags and packaging. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item, subject to availability.

Follow the same return process above, and mention the size/color you'd like instead. If the item is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing
Mobile Money refunds are processed within 24 hours

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Received a damaged or incorrect item? We're so sorry! Please contact us immediately at support@glitchgarb.com with:

Your order number
Photos of the damage or incorrect item
Description of the issue

We'll arrange a free return and send you the correct item right away.
