How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in your account under "Order History".
How long does shipping take?
Within Ghana: 2-5 business days. International shipping: 7-14 business days depending on location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to select countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our support team at support@glitchgarb.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.

How do I find my size?

Are your products limited edition?
Many of our drops are limited edition and won't be restocked once sold out. Follow us on social media to stay updated on new releases.
How should I care for my GLITCHGARB items?
Machine wash cold with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed.

Absolutely. We use Paystack for secure payment processing. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Do I need an account to shop?
